He starts uni in October on his sports journalist pursuit.
He's wanted to do this since he was a young boy.
There was an ad in The Sur (a Spanish daily newspaper) in Saturday's edition looking for a part time sports journalist.
Conor wrote them an email and they got back straight away asking for his CV.
As he'd worked on a local magazine for a couple of years here writing up the sports report for our town's football team he told them all about that and that he can speak 3 languages.
Once he'd sent if off he was worried that there hadn't been enough of him to sell really.
He needn't have worried.
They got back immediately saying they were very impressed and have asked him to go in and see them!
He is very modest is our Conor..but as his mum I'm taking it upon myself to have a proud mum moment.
This would be a great boost to his dream job.
