Good morning :D

Sunny and blue sky here. 8-) 8-)

Quick run then back to prepare food for my guests.

Pick Jackie and Martin up at 1pm then back over here for the 6 of us to have lunch. :)

Paco's early doors for a couple as Jackie would like to sample his vodka!

Enjoy the day everyone.

Morning all. Its freezing here and really, really windy. The wind hasn't died down since Saturday and its blowing an absolute gale.

Work for me today although I am going to venture to the shops first. Girls both at school (they don't break up until Thursday). S should have cadets tonight but it is unlikely that we will be venturing out once home.

Morning each :)
Very fortunate here, although it's sub-zero it's dry and no snow likely apart from maybe a few flurries. The same for the rest of the week by the looks of it, am just glad there's no rain.
Debih pleased it's ok enough for the schools to be open - hope the shops have potatoes and flour!
Ally enjoy your visitors :)
Kate yes puppies love the snow don't they, and how nice that someone comes to sort your coal out :)

Bb's back to the Isle of Wight this morning, and Mondayish h-word for me. Plus a new batch of soup (soaked one of those mixtures of split peas etc overnight), and a beef casserole to be done in the slow cooker :)
Hope everyone manages in the weather, and take care all

I wasn't still in bed!! Had already been at the gym for half an hour when Ally posted. Having a coffee before I go out again in the bitterly cold wind to do some shopping and go to the building society.
Keep warm everybody.

Morning all :D

Just looked out of the window and it's trying to snow, in a very half hearted way though, just a few odd flakes. Keeping fingers crossed it stays that way through the week. Youngest daughter and boys are due to be with us this weekend, but of course they won't attempt the journey from Kent if the forecast is right.

Expecting a client at 9.30 and then need to pop out to the shops for fresh veggies etc. Think that will definitely be my lot for today.

Hope you all have a good day :D

Good morning. We have no Weetabix
Obvs, this has to be put right asap so I'm hitching up the sled and getting the huskies out of the kennel shortly!
I too would like to use the washing line Saundra, but I'd have to chisel the clothes off it later - it's freezing again.
