....a day earlier than planned.

I've really missed Don.

I think with two big mum 'firsts' next week it's all a bit too much for me.

Don't get me wrong...we had a great time in Portugal (definitely windier and colder than our neck of the woods

) and we had a great laugh. David speaks Portuguese and we got talking to a man out walking with his goats and he was delighted to get chatting with David on their shared love of goats. :lol:

Looking forward to my own bed tonight and my own bathroom! :lol:

Jo.... David is the biggest animal lover ever. :lol:

He got two goats last September and named them Tom and Barbara.

Tom and Barbara fell in love and made a baby goat. The kid is called Jalfrezi. :lol:

We holidayed in the Algarve three times and always found it cool enough to have to wear a cardi or long sleeved top in the evenings. Atlantic coastline. :lol:

Ally as an experienced camper I recognise the "time to go home" call once the shine has worn off.

Glad you enjoyed what you could and, gotta say, I love the goat story. I wonder when [the] Jalfezi will be ready.
