Or lock the lot of them up in the Tower. At about 5 sq/m per prisoner it should be quite cosy... a lot more so than they deserve.

Doesn't it all sound like a waste of time ?

Put the mushrooms down and... STEP AWAY. ;)

Aggers is right, it has become a waste of time, but there is a way out.

When May resigns the Tories choose Ken Clarke as leader and PM. He is coming to the end of his Commons career so he has nothing to fear from any backlash when he unilaterally revokes A50. The Tories can then drop him with a vote of no-confidence, but his good work would already have been done.

We can then sit down with a cuppa and a selection of biscuits and work out a Brexit that the majority of all of us, Remain, Leave and Don't knows / Don't cares, can live with.

If only we could agree on the selection of biscuits. :o

Ah come on, I don’t want to waste another three years deciding on the biscuits, let’s have an indicative vote now so we at least have an idea of the front runners :P As for riveting tv - mind boggling maybe, someone like me just sitting there   struggling to understand how grown adults can behave like that.....or just struggling to understand the whole arcane process

What selection? It's jammy dodgers. You know they're the best.

And I don't care what you say or want, I'm going to continue passing round the plate of jammy dodgers until you agree to take them …..

Ossie represents the hard Biscuiteer faction! One feels that a softer option involving Garibaldis might gather more support?

I am with Osc on the indicative votes, so long as custard creams are included.

I am prepared to compromise on jammy godgers and garibaldis so long as Jaffas (cakes / biscuits?) are off the table.
