Oh blimey! I'd totally forgotten that we are supposed to be taking SW-friendly nibbles to the meeting tomorrow, as it's Christmas! So I've cooked up a big pack of SW meatballs that I luckily had in the freezer, and have made a spicy dip for them  Nothing much else in my fridge at the moment is diet friendly :?

I got some Christmas gifts yesterday from students (very touching) and one of them was a tin of Scottish shortbread. Not bad from a Venezuelan teenager!

What lovely presents Saundra! Kerri sounds a very thoughtful lady!

Shannon turned up the other day with a large gift bag filled with various home made shortbreads and chocolate and cranberry brownies which she and her Mom had baked. Suffice to say that there's not much left now.

I bought some curry stock cubes, just to try them.

Added coconut milk and various spices, as you do, well, maybe not the Portuguese

Gert lush, very pleased, will get some more.

It does Saundra. After the nightmare girlfriend Tom had before we're so glad he and Shannon got together. She's such a lovely and considerate girl and we love her to bits, she's one of the family.
