Loved it! She is very good, and it must be strange to be portraying a family member, such a pressure to do justice to the story 8-)

I've just watched the final episode - have you seen it yet Kaz?

Absolutely stunning performance from Ruth Wilson - had me crying at the end.

The whole series was one of the best things I've watched in years.

It conflicted with something else I was watching, so I am playing catch up. I still have to get to pt 3. so no spoilers please.

It is one of those things we do ever so well, the attention to detail of past times did it for me. I was back in the 60s when he died. Fantastic acting all round.

We were glued to it, and rated it as one of the best mini-series we've seen this year.

Agree with you Ally, it was a stunning performance by Ruth Wilson. I see from iMDB that she has also appeared in "Luther".

Oooooh thanks for that info Ossie.

Don and I don't really watch much telly at all but I see trailers for 'stuff' and Luther is one of the ones we've thought we'd like.

Over the festive period we've decided we're going to, for the first time ever, binge watch something and Idris Elba's Luther is top choice.....(hmmmm I wonder why? )
