Just back from dog-walk. It's blinkin' cold out there. but dry and sunny.

It's shopping for us this morning. Plus more walks, of course.

Morning all. Its really foggy out there this morning.

Busy day for me today - gathering all the stuff for the kitchen in from various parts of the house/shed, sorting it, washing it and finding a new home for it.

I am going to try to be ruthless. Most of this stuff hasn't been used since it was packed away in June so therefore do I really, really need it? I have already offloaded my pressure cooker (which I haven't used for donkey's years) to my father in law to cook his oxtail in!

I think I will be doing a tip run tomorrow!

Morning everyone - it's chilly here again but bright so far, hopefully that will continue. Where the heck is Spring? My bulbs are barely out yet and normally by my birthday, which is tomorrow, they have been out for weeks

Debih good luck with your sort out, I really need to go through my wardrobe and drawers and be ruthless, but it makes sense to wait until I pack away my winter woollies and get my summer stuff out of the storage bags - and it's far too cold yet for that

Will probably be doing a food shop today, after my usual Monday cleaning.......I'm frightened to start a big spring clean in case I make it snow

Spent the day mooching around home, cleaning up and tidying. Still lots to do, but so nice to be able to focus on this place.

Kaz if it makes you feel better, the oak tree here is starting to lose its leaves. Not many yet though.

So pottering in the garden for us - and still waiting for the phone call from the opticians. Had enough of that too - will be ringing them tomorrow if I don't hear today.

Morning everyone. Damp and cold here. We had snow flurries earlier. Not much going on today apart from piles of washing. Given the weather the tumble drier is going to get some real use today!

Nothing special today, but housey stuff and doggy walking as usual. Oh my, Jasper and I had such a muddy walk yesterday I had to put him straight in the bath when we got home. I think I'll just stick to the pavements today and let him just run around the garden

Morning all

Bright and dry this morning, much better than waking up to snow as we did yesterday.

Just seen a client and Mr.J's finally surfaced so I expect he'll be popping out for the papers shortly and we'll have a late brekkie.

Nothing much planned, a good spring clean is definitely in order, but like kaz I'm reluctant to see more snow
