I hate property developers to this day and every so often I google the name Craig Douglas-Maitland, just in case he rears his ugly head again

Gosh shell that sounds awful! We're you able to sue him for the cost of the repairs he had agreed to do?

That's very nice, nice modern baths and kitchen 8-) :D

I couldn't work out what land it had though, if any?

About 1,000 square meters Kaz. Bit slopey, not too sure about it, but has to be seen, especially as it was on at 175,000 a few weeks ago.

That looks nice Ton, the outside looks a bit unfinished doesn't it?
Lovely spot though, definitely worth seeing :)

Shell, what an absolute nightmare

MIL has found a house. She wasn't going to look just yet, her plan was to move in with T and M once the sale of her house is completed and then start looking but is in South Wales this weekend and there's one on the market right around the corner from T. They went to view it, she liked it and made an offer which was accepted. It's being taken off the market, SSTC, but neither she nor the vendors are going to start proceedings just yet. The vendors have a baby due in two weeks so the last thing they want to have to do is start house hunting so that suits MIL too.

It's a nice house but I wouldn't buy it. What the picture cuts off is a shared drive/access for that house and four others. We had nightmares at our old house sharing a drive with just one neighbour so I'd definitely run a mile from sharing with another four.

Oh, and this is our friends' house. It's been on the market now for almost two years, a sale fell through just after Christmas and in those two years they've knocked over £100,000 off the asking price :o
The cinema room is AMAZING!!

Jo that looks like a nice modern little place for your MIL, easy upkeep :) I guess the access might be an issue though.........................

I hope your friends sell their house soon, that's an awful lot of money to have to wipe off the value :? :( Amazing garden!!!!!! :D :D
