Good morning all! It's just starting to rain here, and is quite windy - just the weather to get my hair cut

I've just taken Billy for a walk so we timed that well and he made friends with one of the house builders around the corner. I've already ironed and got another load of washing on the airer (I'm sick of the sight of that airer!!), bathrooms have been cleaned, my haircut is booked for this afternoon and I'll go to the gym tonight.

Di, that's brilliant news about Minnie!

Jo I've hoovered, polished downstairs and cleaned the laminate floor in the hallway and downstairs loo - having a cuppa now before tackling upstairs I hate cleaning B's bathroom but she barely gives it a lick and a promise and that's not good enough for me I suppose in September as well as losing a daughter I'll gain a clean bathroom.........

Good morning all, it was lovely and sunny earlier on and I got the washing out, but it's clouding over now. Not as cold as the last few days though. Mr. Osc is getting ready to go and play golf, and I'm putting off doing something about the state of the house which is in serious need of hoovering and dusting Di and Debih, do be careful because if that flu dose gets a grip on you it won't let go easily. Terrible isn't it I'm the same.
We have a washer dryer but I rarely use the dryer - I used it one Winter, when the boys were much younger, and had such a shock when the bill came in so I dread to think what it would be like now! Plus I'm not sure if it's an issue with dryers in general or just because this is a combined one and it's not as good as a separate unit, but it seems to take hours to dry anything so it only gets used in an absolute emergency.
