Tom Kerridge muffins

From his recent Lose Weight For Good series. D enjoyed the series so much that I sent for the book for her, and she made the breakfast muffins :) Absolutely yummy, low in sugar and low in fat 8-) :D

There is also a version using dried apricot and cranberry, equally delish :D

sound delicious but not keen on raisins. But tempted to give it a go and leave them out

I have to admit that I do not know where these new muffins fit....

We used to have buns.... Sunday tea and a few put in a tin as an after school snack, but only for a day or so, they did not keep well.

Muffins (buns) for breakfast; no, just no. Do they go well with custard?

I don't think they would Frank

Ria I preferred the apricot and dried cranberry version. Just substitute those for the apple and raisins :) Or you could just omit the raisins, as you suggested :D
