I've only had a head cold for the last three days and even going in the garden for some fresh air is enough and hurry back inside so it must have been a dreadful experience Kaz as you've had a proper Lurgy! It's the effort of walking and the change of temperature that must have hit you so thank goodness for mobile phones and an OH who works from home.

Kaz I would have done exactly the same as you - I hate being shut inside and would, like you, have pushed myself to at least try to get out - so well done for trying xx
