The two near us haven't yet - I predict a slight price drop, maybe under the 320k mark, then I think they will fly!

Antonia's house.

But she's taken it off the market now.

The market seems very flat here at the moment, and of course we're running up to Christmas now.

One house in our road has been on the market for 4-5 months with little interest, but general consensus is that they've priced it too high for what it is.

Another property, a bungalow larger than ours, has also just gone on the market at a bit of a "try-on" price because the grapevine says it isn't in the best of conditions. We'll be interested to see what it eventually fetches .....

That seems a lot Jan, but not with all that land, I suppose!

Ossie we have three houses for sale on this estate now, I think they are just asking a little too much, for the local market, as they are all in good nick, and houses usually fly off here! The two I have previously posted and this one!

Land is cheap here Kaz, I think she was just testing the market. And yes, it's far too much. She'd probably only get about 280,00€, without a pool.

Is the garage in front of the house on that one Kaz? Not sure if I'd want to be looking out at a brick wall. Lovely houses on your estate though!

That's a beautiful house Jan!

It's lovely inside Jo - but a real pain to keep warm in the winter - the ceilings are so high.

Sort of Jo, although slightly to one side. To be honest, although all the houses on here are lovely, apart from a few on this corner they all look out onto either the fronts or sides of other houses :? I love our view out over the field ;)
