Aunty Rose

Is on the move! At the moment she lives in Bexhill on Sea, in a rented flat, but over the last year or so she's been spending a lot of time with my cousin Richard and his new partner Nikki, who Rose gets on with very well, unlike R's ex wife, who always disliked poor AR.

Anyway, AR's health, at 80, is not as robust as it used to be, so R and N have decided to buy a bungalow for AR to live in! A good investment for them, and lovely for AR to be close to them. They are moving too, to a newbuild just under a mile away :D AR rang me this afternoon, sooo wxcited about the move, that I got quite choked up for her! I think she's been lonely down there since her on/off relationship became firmly off a couple of years ago!

The property needs work, R is planning to knock through from the kitchen into the utility rooms to make her a nice new kitchen, and also to refit the bathroom with a large walk-in shower! :D :D

Here :)

Oh isn't that lovely for her :D

The bungalow is very nice, and cheap too! Handy for Aunty Rose to be near to a station as well :D

So pleased for her!

Thanks both :) I hope so too. Forgot to mention that two of my uncles, Rose's brothers, live fairly nearby too, so this move is good for all sorts of reasons :)

How lovely for AR it does you good to make a change sometimes so pleased she will be near to her family
Sometimes tho there can be problems tho what if the cousins part what happens then to the property now that would worry me I remember when Bill died J wanted me to move with them as they wanted to be more on the outskirts of the town (Doncaster well I'm glad I didn't as they split up a few years later after 12years together where would I be now

I can understand that Saundra, but as my cousin R is buying the new house that he and N are moving into, and N still has her property in Guildford, that she's currently letting out, that the bungalow would be sold. I expect AR would move in with Richard then, as it's a big house.

I must say though, Richard and N seem very happy, much happier than he ever was with his ex. So let's hope for the best :)
