So is the date firmly set for June 25th? Probable change of plan here - if I go, I will travel over and back just for the day. We have a lot happening in June now, all of which cost money, so our original idea of going to Blackpool for a few days of dancing then onwards to Brum is out the window. As the possible flight is extreeeeeemly early in the morning, I might be looking to meet someone for breakfast

That's probably the one, Jo - Ryanair, leaving Dublin at an ungodly hour and arriving in Birmingham at 7.30am No need to meet me Ally, I wouldn't ask you to get up that early! I know how to get into the city and then maybe we could meet for brekkie if that suited you. I remember the very first Brum Femail meet, I went on my own on the same flight and arranged to meet hamletmacbeth for breakfast - it was in the hotel where we were all staying, but for all I knew he could have been a mad axe murderer!! You will probably have to park me in a chair in a quiet corner for a snooze at some stage as I will have to be up not long after 4am
