Jen, that is awful and I'd kick up a bit of a fuss with the practice manager when you next go there - maybe make sure they have your right address if they have the number wrong!
They have the correct address and mobile phone for both of us Ria, just the wrong landline. I will be having a bit of a moan when I go in on Tuesday, the change of details were filled in while we sat in reception so handed in personally. Errors happen, but why they couldn't use the mobile number beats me!!!
Wonder if its a cost thing... calling mobile numbers is more expensive than landlines? But more and more people i know are giving up their landlines dob they'd be scuppered?
