Mayday

Postby miasmum » 03 Mar 2013, 10:45

This looks really good, but I hate these 5 parts over 5 day things.

I watch Dancing on Ice tonight, Monday I am planning to watch Broadchurch, Wed is Lightfields and Thurs I am out, so that only leaves Tuesdays. If it was 5 parts over 5 weeks I could record it and catch up, but I can't catch up with five hours of telly

I could record it and watch it weekly I suppose but I'd just forget. I rarely watch anything I record unless I watch it within a couple of days

I also prefer weekly. I will record it but it does clash with some other things that I want to record.

It doesn't help that I have a really busy week - governors meeting tomorrow, craft group on Tuesday, in on Wednesday, swimming on Thursday and cinema on Friday.

And there are lots of great new dramas just staring/started on other channels.

Thank god for catch up tv!

It's got a rubbish review in the Times :D I don't want to be committed to 5 days' worth either so will give it a miss - like most things :D

Lightfields has passed me by... :D
We have one of my new compilation Cds on, Bb's playing some new game he found on the galaxy, I'm on here but we're both being completely distracted by Minnie who's pacing like crazy and insisting she needs a third dinner - despite reduction of steroids :?

it takes a while for steroids to get out of the system Di. Plus they are only reduced so she is still have input from them

It's a lot like Marchlands that was on a year or two back, but I enjoyed it.

I can cope with five-nights-a-week normally but not when there are lots of other things on at the same time, even with Skyplus! I'll never get round to seeing them all :|
