Morning all

Dull grey here yet again, a bit of brightness would be nice. Yesterday stayed dark, with occasional fine drizzle.

As for today, I have no idea now - wonder of wonders, Bb managed to get the entire job done on the Isle of Wight yesterday so doesn't have to go today. So instead of being stuck here again, I can make Plans

I doubt I'll go far but at least can go for some shopping, and it's nice just to know that I can

Minnie has had the 4th of five doses of kaolin, and the first half-dose of steroid (plus antibiotic), hopefully the next few days will see a difference as the drugs have reduced so much.

Ooh, just been reading the paper Bb brought home and someone got killed by a 'huge' shark in New Zealand, off Muriwai beach near Auckland :shock:

Hope you're not planning a trip there Weka :shock:

But not cold

Just popping down to the village to get a lump of pork for a stew and then we're not moving until at least Wednesday. Weather sounds dreadful, so the stew will keep us warm. We might even light the fire :lol:

Hope Minnie is okay with the reduced steroids Di, at least she won't want to eat so much.

Well H is here so what we do today depends on him really

It's reasonable weather for flying his new model helicopter so I expect he and Mick will be over the field at some point, with a daft dog trying to 'help' :roll:

I booked that cottage!! Third week of August for 7 nights! Well I reserved it anyway and am waiting for confirmation 8-)

yesterday was horrendous ,airport closed from lunchtime onwards,but it blew itself out during the night ,absolutely gorgeous this morning but it aint gonna last ,tomorrow has been forecast worse than yesterday
