Good Morning Thursday

Postby tonicha » 28 Feb 2013, 07:01

Morning everyone

Up bright and breezy - heaven knows why - probably still feeling slightly sick at how much these glasses cost  but the sunrise is lovely again, so hoping for a good day.

Not sure what we'll be doing today. Grumpy will be putting the second coat on the back gates, probably, and I'll have to have a think

Have a good day everyone and hope Loz is feeling okay today, after yesterdays not nice day xxx

Morning all. Its lovely out there this morning.

I'm going riding this morning and then home to do the dreaded hw this afternoon (although I do have rather a lot on Sky+ that I want to watch).

Disaster with Millie and her maze this morning. I think I tried to run before we could walk and gave her far too much food which made her ill. So back to small portions again - she's just eating again so fingers crossed this time she'll be okay.

Morning all :)
Grey again here, windy but not as cold.

Minnie's tum had improved but has now got much worse. Having only given her dry food it's probably one of the drugs, it is a listed side effect. I think it will be ok to stop that one now. Today our vet is at the surgery in the next town so I'll be phoning them as soon as they open to see when I can speak to her. The only day she's available and Bb's had to go to Gatwick for a meeting.

Ton you need a day to recover at least! Debih what a shame but hopefully just a blip. Enjoy your ride.
Loz hope you're ok today.

Good morning all, it's dull and dreary here but marginally less cold I reckon. Been doing computery stuff since breakfast, but now am going to tidy up the kitchen, make a shopping list and head out to Lidl. This afternoon, I need to defuzz my legs, and also clean the bathroom. Not minding Michael today, swopped for tomorrow as my sister who usually minds him on Fridays is going out to something or other, so she is with him today. Hugs for the poorly doggies, and Coughing Carol you take care of yourself! Have a good day everyone :)

Yes hoping all pups perk up..
Mine!!!!  12 weeks old now, gets me up a 5.a.m. with this amazing sobbing and howl, he charges through to the kitchen that is covered in newspapers incase I cannot get the back door open in time, he piddles a stream bless him, did not manage to get him out in time for his constitutional so clean up, dettol mop etc. That is when my day starts!! However as naughty as he is with his biting everything in sight including electric wires!!! I have to be on my guard .. he is however adorable.. Barney barely tolerating him, however on the odd occasions he has a play with him... I have to be on my guard. Children are sending me to Malta for my birthday  , my neighbour would like to join me.. I lived there for four years so it will be lovely to see whether old friends and aquaintances are all still alive..so I shall not sadly get to see you all at the meet

Morning everyone :) Sorry to be a bit tardy, I usually pop on for a bit before getting on with the day but this morning I'd run out of battery power and needed to charge up - so I got on with my h/w instead :o

Hugs for the two poorly pets ((((((((Minnie and Millie))))))))) Mick has run Pepper up to the College for Becks and her friends to groom again :? :) I expect she'll survive as she did last time :D I need to get moving today, I woke in the night several times with a sharp pain in one shoulder, tied in with my neck and back issues I suppose and I don't want to sit around and seize up so will be out for a walk shortly.............

Aw Kate that is a shame about the meet, but how lovely to get back to Malta to see old friends :D xxx

Have a good day everyone xxxx

Good afternoon everyone.

Sorry I'm late but I've been busy sorting out a few computer problems - satisfactorily, I'm pleased to say.

I was amused to read Alli's account of watching the thunderstorm. My mother was like that, and I remember
standing out in the garden with her at night watching the lightening. That's why I have never been afraid of
thunder storms, and used to laugh at our neighbours who used to hide in their cellar.

It's turned out to be a lovely day now, and we must think of somewhere nice to go after lunch.

Enjoy today !!!
