That is too funny - I love the description of her being as mad as a box of frogs; it really does paint a picture doesn't it
. Also love that one about GSD on the owners lap, it often is the biggest that are the sloppiest isn't it
Last year some time I had one of my cats to the vet and this lady came in with a Staffie and Jack Russel and the little JR was terribly behaved and tried to get at the food bags that were displayed and kept jumping about. The owner for some reason didn't have the common sense to move away from the food which resulted in various bags being knocked to the ground. All she kept on saying was 'no Rocky, leave it Rocky, no Rocky, naughty boy Rocky' but didn't do anything -
And then delightful Rocky also wee'd. Needless to say everyone was quite glad when she and dogs were called in and then left.
And then when I was back the next week for a follow up appointment lo and behold the same lady walked in with both dogs - thankfully though this time I had the first appointment so managed to escape before much damage was done
