It's raining here, but I have to go out in it as it's weight watchers today. After everything I ate yesterday you might hear my gasp of horror when I get on the scales from wherever you are!

I expect to hear the full sad story of the rugby this weekend, as my friend J at WW is the mum of the Welsh media manager and she went to Paris for the match

Wet and miserable here.

Good,luck at WW Kaz, the scales often don't register extra food for a couple of days so you could be okay, gives you a week to get rid of it.

Not much happening here today, we'll be popping into town later, need more fruit, honestly I should look like a satsuma

Afternoon
Horrid day, wet and cold and very windy.

Been to yoga this morning, then coffee with a few of the others, then straight to the hospital for blood test.
Rather a long wait today, I usually hit lucky by missing both the early ones and the lunch break ones.
So have only been in long enough to make and eat lunch, just going to sit with a cup of tea

Have the Big painting challenge on record, so may watch that.

It started off very wet here and turned to bright sunshine by late afternoon. Probably shouldn't have said yesterday that the mud had dried up nicely, it's as bad as ever again now

Oh! I thought I had posted Anyway, the weather was pretty good, sunny but cold and the only shower we had was when I set off to collect Michael from school, had to run back home for a brolly. My sister minds the children on a Monday but it was her first time in the new house since they moved, plus she had a small op last week and is still a bit tired, so I offered to collect M. I had done a fair bit of ironing before I went, so read quite a bit of my book when I got back. Mr Osc and I had a good game of table footie when he got back from golf - he won but I did ok!
