What's for dinner?

Postby Ally » 25 Feb 2013, 16:17

I've made sticky chicken drumsticks, big fat spicy potato wedges, coleslaw and salad.

My neighbour gave me some of his avocados and I've made guacamole...nom nom.

That's the snackette for tonight sorted.

We have lamb left 8-) :D
Haven't decided what I'm doing with it yet :)

I'd love a spare avocado Ally, we hardly ever get decent ones here any more. They do go nicely with cold lamb too :D

Mick is away. The girls have had pasta and pesto and I have decided to splurge and have the camembert that has been sat in the fridge for ages. I am going to bake it.

When I was in Sainsburys at the weekend they had some feta on a poppy seed cracker with a marinated anchovy on top. I didn't like the sound of it but I tasted it and it was delish! So I am having some of those as well.

And I have some blue cheese.

I will be having nightmares tonight with all that cheese.
