Although we have got a lot of rain coming, apparently - but not for a week or so ;)

And I do have a lovely photo of me, using a brush  to get rid of the snow off my car

That was the year the Queen got stuck up in Old Sodbury and we have the milk tankers meeting the tractors in the High Street - as we were all cut orf

and I remember a friend using his skis to get to the pub

Finally I can join in on the hot sunny weather stories, it's been years and years coming, so here goes

It's so hot and sunny here at the moment, well has been since mid December, that even the weeds haven't grown in the garden for 2 months, the windows are covered In dust, I'm sporting the best tan I've had in years, and thanks to an awful sunscreen I've got this year, I've not been burnt once. I do have tan lines though, as I've been wearing a rash suit while swimming, to encourage the kids to wear theirs. Our sun is horrible for skin cancer, thanks to a lovely ozone hole, but I digress....

My lawn is turning brown, I'm starting to have trouble opening my laundry door (damn shame, I won't be able to do any soon :D ) the washing is dry before the next load goes out

Oh yes, I'm enjoying summer this year.
Everything happens for a reason

We've got some really rubbish weather on it's way :(

Very high winds and three days of rain  lots of rain - which probably means thunderstorms :D which I love over here :D
