I think that too many people are earning their living contriving fancy diets to ensure healthy living.

All that is really needed is (a) not to over-eat.
(b) eat plenty on fruit & Vegetables.
(c) cut down on sugar and fat.
(d) eat more fish, rather than red meat.

Caught up with this yesterday - how can the 5:2 cost £450 a month? That was such a blatant fib that the programme lost any credibility for me :?

Aggers, get yourself a publisher, you could be onto something! ;)  8-)

Kaz, all of the diets were massively, massively, massively overpriced. They bore no relation to what a 'normal' person would spend.
