Morning all :)

Really late up today. Not going far, I had a dodgy tummy yesterday and it's still not quite right today. Will be avoiding all dairy and drinking lots of water, need to be back to normal tomorrow ready for the drive up to Swindon. Lots to do here anyway, a bit of wrapping, lots of washing and other bits and bobs.

Hope you all have a good day :)

It's been doing the rounds; we've had quite a few people off work for a day or two because of it... hope you're OK by tomorrow and the drive isn't too bad x

We've had a lovely day. It was sunny when we took Billy out just after 8 but became quite misty while we were walking. I brightened up while we were driving to Dudley though and was lovely and mild. We had a great time around the museum. It's always good there but that bit better when it's quiet and you get longer to chat to the 'characters'. It's not unusual to go off the subject of the history of whichever building you're in and just have a natter ;) I was quite envious of the one lady, sitting there in a cosy room with a fire roaring in the range, and she was knitting away as we chatted :)
I really do recommend it.

We picked up Tom on the way back, we were a bit early for him so had a walk around Wolverhampton while he was still packing. I got a couple of jumpers, a cardigan and some lovely pyjama bottoms from Primark (while John and Joe sat in Starbucks). Once in the car we were discussing when to have our family evening at the German Market, Tom said that he'll go over earlier by train to do some shopping and asked Joe if he wanted to go with him and he said yes. I can't believe the change in them, it made me so happy :)

John's just gone out (that means no Wheeler Dealers :Hi: ), Tom's at work, Joe's watching TV in his room and I'm in the downstairs living room waiting for an Amazon delivery.

Jo it does make you happy when they stop squabbling and start being good friends, I love seeing it happen with B and H :)

She's going to rebook as soon as she and M (her driving instructor) have agreed on some dates that suit them both xx

Aw sorry to hear B hasn't been lucky - she'll get there! Jen took hers four times before hitting lucky on the 5th....Tom too, and he drives for a living! LOL

Have had a very trying day....couple of days, truth be told. Spent ages in town trying to get the last few bits....I decided to treat myself to an overdue eyebrow thread and dye, paid at the till and was awaiting my turn when I started to feel weird, I was very hot and a bit shaky - I said I had to go and would I be able to come again on another day....my receipt hadn't been kept (as is the norm) but she'd dated the loyalty card - she just said to explain when I came back. I went and had a coffee to pull myself together before driving home....all very odd.

We have Lewis sleeping tonight....means I will be on the couch again. Tom's better at calming him if/when he has a night terror, so I opt to go on the couch. Not brilliant but it's only now and then.

Jo that's lovely to hear your boys are maturing and getting on so well :)

Hope everyone's had a good day, hugs for everyone xxxxxx
