Having a coffee and 5 minutes to myself so thought I'd pop in here!

You'd think after my 30 day challenge I'd be sick of looking at my trainers but no...they're going back on this morning for another quick run.

Back to shower and be in work for 11.30 - Karen and I are putting the xmas decorations up in the academy.

We're then going to be ladies wot lunch at a rather nice little place in town.

Work 4 - 9 then I'm meeting Don for a few beers and some tapas.

Frosty but dry, fingers crossed it stays nice.

Up early, it's our 43rd anniversary and we've got matinee tickets for Beautiful. Haven't been to see a show for absolutely ages, really looking forward to it.

Not so cold here today. We are off to the bank shortly to politely enquire where the proceeds of the in-laws house sale have got to?
They were supposed to be transferred to my wife and her sister's bank accounts as per their late mother's wishes. This was supposed to have been done by CHAPS transfer on Tuesday and was supposed to be completed by the end of the day. The money still wasn't there as of Wednesday evening.
No word at all from the bank, we're really not happy.
MrsC has informed me that it's bad manners to turn up at the front counter with a loaded shotgun and a hand written note for the cashier!

It's another very frosty day here - the frost lasted all day yesterday, it was sooooo cold! Becky wants to pop into town later for some exercise clothes - her new gym membership starts today - and I said I might go with her! Still thinking about it as it's going to be another very cold day I probably will though Mick just rang from his hotel in Ipswich, no frost over there! Becky is about to walk the dogs, Fraggle seems back to his normal self

Cromwell, that's awful, hope you get it sorted - without the shotgun xxx

Morning all, gorgeous morning, the light on the island is just incredible the last few days, neither of us remembers such wonderful views this time last year. I am heading out to attack the Christmas shopping, I usually go somewhere different in the (usually vain) hope that the change will give me some inspiration
