Have to say J is like that runs a bath for when K gets home light candles in the bathroom and cooks dinner whole she is in the bath arranges surprise holidays
Now eldest son wouldn't do anything like that but he's good in other ways

He sounds like a really good bloke Gal! You most be so happy to see her settling down with him

My John's a good one as well, he's so thoughtful and generous - though I might be moaning about him being under my feet in a few weeks This was his last full week until January. He's got holiday left over which has to be used by the end of the year so is taking the next three Fridays off and then in the week leading up to Christmas he's only working Mon, Tues and Wed.

Mick usually has holiday to use up by the end of the financial year, so tends to take a few Fridays in February and March, which is nice as we can go out. He's not the type to make romantic gestures but is kind, and totally rock solid on the stuff that matters. He's my rock, quite simply xx

That's how John is, not especially romantic but then neither am I

He had a horrendously busy year last year and ended up at this time of year with most of his holiday still unused so took his Fridays off and the company agreed to pay him for the rest. They suggested carrying it over at first but he said he'd been in the same boat again this year.
