Soda bread

Postby Kaz » 16 Feb 2013, 17:32

I bought some rye flour today to try out a wheat and yeast free recipe for soda bread that I found on the net. I hope it turns out edible as I'm really missing bread, even if it's only fit for toasting

Thinking of making it tomorrow or Monday, and will post and let you know how it turns out :? Been years since I made bread................

Will eagerly await your results.

I love soda bread and used to make it at least 3 times a week - when I had a kitchen!!!

Well I'll be honest and admit I struggle sometimes - but on the whole not too bad thanks Shell ;) It's a good job I can have goat's dairy though, or I don't think I could stick to it
