And for tonight's news, when we said 'go find it', she went and picked up her kong, and carried it all the way to the kitchen :)

Early Tuesday update

Exciting news :D

Our garden is very small; at the end on the left is a gate to a little access path, from the road to 4 houses, ours is the 4th so has a view of the path and a little bit of road. Minnie's usual habit when first let out in the morning is to bound up the garden, often barking, to see what's going on in the little bit of world past the gate. I have to check whether there are any birds in the garden first as she thinks they are there to be barked at or chased ;)
She has barely been as far as the gate, mostly just stepping outside then lying down, or having a drink, or going as far as she needs to do her business.

A couple of times she has started to almost run, towards the gate, with a bark, then realised she can't do it.
This morning when I came down she was lying by the kitchen door, waiting, and when I opened the door the first thing she did was walk all the way up the garden to the gate :D
She couldn't stop as she had to come back and have the most massive wee :D
And she didn't fall over :D
