Smike

has anyone ever seen the above? I remember watching the musical Smike with my mum, in 1973 (apparently) and absolutely loving it. I have never seen it since but it is based on Dicken's Nicholas Nickleby.

I remember the actor who played Nicholas being a man named Leonard Whiting and oh how I thought he was the most handsome man I had ever seen. So I decided to so some Googling and it would appear Leonard Whiting is considered the most beautiful actor to play Romeo ever.

Now bearing in mind I was 10, I think I knew a beautiful man when I saw one when you look at this
