Hello everyone. Once again I have to apologise for disappearing for ages. The lovely Ally has been keeping in touch and letting me know how you are all keeping. I saw the Brum photos and wished I could have been there. In fact, I had to go to Newcastle on Monday this week and stay overnight for a family funeral, so I've been thinking that Brum 2017 might be a possibility. My son took the day off and stayed overnight with George so I could go with peace of mind. Things here are still a but up and down and George isn't the best, but we get by. I'm just having a browse around to see what's been going on in VV in my absence. I know you'll all have been your usual sedate and responsible citizens.

I knew Ally had been keeping in touch, but it's fantastic to see a post from you

It would be terrific if you could make '17 Brum meet!!!! I have very happy memories of our walk and chat in Brum that last time 8-)

I'm just having a browse around to see what's been going on in VV in my absence. I know you'll all have been your usual sedate and responsible citizens.

Well, I've been a perfect angel - can't speak for the rest of this lot though

Hi PP, lovely to see you! I made it to Brum this year, it was a lovely day. Sorry that George is not progressing as well as you would have hoped, but nice to know that having a night away (even if for a funeral) is manageable because you do need a break I'm sure.

I have of course been totally sedate and responsible, but I think I am the only one :cute:

I'm spending dosh like it's going out of fashion, skinny dipping and thoroughly enjoying myself in the middle of my field :Hi:

Thanks everyone. It's lovely to see you all again. Rosie, I knew you had made it to Brum and I saw the photos. If we both make it in 2017 it would be great to meet you. I think we're the only two here from the Oul Country.

Well done Ton! I could be doing with a skinny dip myself. It's boiling hot here. No doubt tomorrow it will be like the dead of winter.
