I'm up first!
Off to the hospital soon. Hope they have some answers for me.
Looks like it should be a nice day weather wise, so that's good.
Have a good day everyone and I'll catch you when I get back x

Good morning, Loz. Good luck at the hospital.

Just back from a not-so-brisk dog-walk - a bit slippy underfoot.

We're having a quiet day today - hopefully, as things seem to have been a bit hectic of late.

Hope you all have a good day.

Morning everybody. Loz, I was just finishing at the gym when you posted. Hope the visit to the hospital is good news.
Bright and sunny here. Hope it stays like this as I want to wash the car.
Off out this morning, taking two pairs of trousers to be shortened. If they fir round the waist, the legs are usually too long. Then some shopping as we are having friends round tonight.
Hugs and vibes to everybody who needs them.

Morning everyone

Another gorgeous morning - I've even got short sleeves on

Good luck Loz xx I do hope you get some positive answers today xx and hope Mr Loz is feeling better too.

And also Mr Lissie x Hope all went well with that trek and the hospital visit yesterday.

Happy Birthday to Gladys :D :D :D Yes, a whole year has passed already :o So I'm cooking one of our favourite dinners tonight - she might not like it, but what the heck

Off down to the village later and a sit under where the palm trees used to be, and a lovely cup of coffee of two. I might even treat myself to a cake

Hope you all have a good day xxx

Good morning all!
It's a lovely one here, the sun is shining, it's mild, the birds are singing...the washing is out on the line

Billy and I are just back from a lovely long walk. I've not been to the gym this morning, I'm going tonight with Tom. He had his induction yesterday afternoon and said he liked it so is now a gym member. I asked if he wanted company as I know it can be a bit daunting at first, and I'm on hand to help if he needs it with the equipment.

I'm off to get my hair cut a little later too.

Tom and Joe are on half term as of yesterday but Tom's gone into school to work on his woodwork project. It has to be finished by March 1st, he's half way through and there's only so much time in lessons to work on it. The whole subject has been an absolute shambles really, we found out in September that for the whole first year of the GCSE the class had a total of six different teachers, some being supply teachers who had no knowledge of the subject, and they did hardly any work towards the GCSE so have had to cram two years of work into this one year, which is a short year with exams starting in May - the head has brought in an excellent DT teacher who is doing his very best to bring them up to scratch.

Hope you get some answers at the hospital Loz xxx

Ton Happy Birthday to Gladys, she's done well :)
Hope the Oscs are starting to feel better too.
Kaz good luck with the strange shop ;)

It'd be nice to have a walk into town but am not about to leave the doggie.
Hope everyone has a good day

Good morning all, we seem to be creeping back into the land of the living finally. Yesterday was the first day I felt even remotely better, after quite a relapse on Tuesday. Mr. Osc is about 24 hours behind me, having caught up a bit when I disimproved. Honestly such a dose - I have lost 6 lbs in weight although I know that will go back on easily when I start eating properly again. No infection thank goodness, as anti-biotics would have made me feel even worse. Tuesday and Wednesday I just spent most of the time in bed as I could hardly hold my head up. Who would have thought that flu would wreak such havoc. We are taking it very gently, have cancelled plans for the weekend to try and just build up our energy again.

Poor Michael has been sick also, seems like flu and a very bad cough, but the doctor says his chest is clear, so that's good. We hope to visit them over the weekend, as we haven't seen him for a week, and we haven't seen their new house with all their furniture and stuff. Their first week has been difficult with us unable to babysit yesterday and Michael being sick, but at least it has finally stopped raining.

No plans for today, just about to stroll to the post office for Mr. Osc's money and a bit of shopping and back to take it easy for the rest of the day. Have a good day everyone.
