The pressure cooker

Postby Suff » 02 Jun 2016, 15:39

No not something for cooking food with... Work.

It's like being in a pressure cooker, top locked on, heat turned up and pressure steamed to death. Today I found out the boss and three levels of his management team have been removed from our programme workstream and replaced with others I hardly know.

Let the games begin....

On the other hand I have that request to put my CV in (done), and I'm waiting for a response on it. Apparently the decision maker has had the bad grace to go on holiday...

It all sounds a bit ominous to me, Suff.

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.

Yes, indeed, Suff, best of luck.

You could do without all the distractions and hassle, though .....

Looking at options to see whether I want to stay or not.
