but I was born and bred in another Midland town called Kidderminster,
well known for its carpet manufacturing companies.

Hello Oliver How lovely to meet you

I was born in London and grew up just outside London, right beside Heathrow airport, in a little village called Stanwell which is part of a bigger town called Staines, on the River Thames, but now I live in Gloucester which is a small city in the far west of England, not that far from the Welsh border It is a very old city that goes back to Roman times, with a cathedral that goes back to before the time of William the Conqueror which is more than a thousand years old! Gloucester is on the River Severn, and also very close to the Cotswolds, which is a very beautiful area of hills and pretty English villages.

PS They filmed some of Harry Potter in Gloucester cathedral
