they have properties in England, a business there and an apartment in the village, one of which they would have to sell to get the money, as the bank won't lend them anything.

So I gave him our phone number and e-mail address and now it's up to them.

I'd be the same WM - but he really caem aross as quite genuin - and I'm the complete cynic normally.

We'll see, but it is encouraging that there are people out there who are looking.

He did say that they looked at the other 2 houses on the urbanisation and this fitted them perfectly.
