Good Morning Monday

Postby tonicha » 09 May 2016, 07:12

Morning everyone

Sunshine and clouds at the moment and quite warm, but more thunder and rain on it's way

Washing machine is on, so I can at least dry some clothes before it all starts at 11.00   Our digger driver obviously saw the same forecast, as he started work at 7.45 :o

We'll be popping into Ourique later, need to pay for my Glad bags (2.50  ) and get some more water. Having had quite a few visitors this last week, all drinking tea and coffee, we got through more than normal.

then a pit-stop top collect some rolls, as they'd run out on Saturday - most of them and the cheese, had gone to Garvao for the feria

Hope our holidaymakers are enjoying their hols xx

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Hope you get your washing dry Ton, it's starting to look dodgy here after the brilliant hot day we had yesterday  I got my washing dry yesterday, just about, before the neighbours put their barbecue on  Huge pile of ironing to do, and a walk later, but otherwise playing the day by ear :)

Hoping Saundra and Mr Osc are both feeling better today (((((x)))) ((((x))))

I've sent some sunshine vibes Di, hope they help and that you and Bb are basking in it today 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-)

Have a good day all :) xxxx

Morning all - what a lovely lovely weekend that was; sigh.... over far to quickly

A lovely start to the day here as well, but now hazing over and they're expecting rain as of this afternoon. I'm meeting up with a friend for dinner after work and we were hoping to have a picnic, but suspect we'll be heading to a restaurant instead ;)

Usual work day otherwise

Ton, good luck with the digging and getting the washing dry; hope the rain holds off for you and enjoy the shopping
Kaz, hope you enjoy your day; whatever it is you decide to do

Sending feel better soon vibes to all that need them x

have a lovely day all xxx

Morning all :D

Bright and sunny here.

Hope you feel better soon Saundra, lots of water and no dairy usually works xx

We had a lovely day yesterday, mother was very confused and I'm sure she had forgotten us being there by the time she was half way through lunch, but she was happy and enjoying the moment. We're back up there in four weeks time for E's hospital appointment so we'll take her and Chris out for lunch then.

Off out to the shops shortly, need to stock up on fruit and veggies.

Hope you all have a good day :D

Morning all, nice day here and I am just about to hang out some washing. Mr Osc didn't sleep well last night for no particular reason, but otherwise is fine. My brother is coming to stay the night prior to heading off to Malta tomorrow for a few days, so I had better get busy doing some tidying around. Saundra, food like mashed potato and poached eggs can be really good plus of course drinking flat 7 Up. Agree with Jen about dairy, it can irritate the stomach when it is upset. Take care of yourself and don't hesitate to get a doctor if things don't improve. Enjoy your day everyone :)

This is important, don't eat or drink before taking Imodium, and dont eat or drink for an hour after. Otherwise your food whizzes through you. I live on Loperamide/Imodium and that's what I have to do.
