No run this morning....instead I'm having my first swim of the year.

Walking into town later for a few bits and meeting a friend for coffee and cake.

Masterchef tonight..can't wait!

Morning all Well the forecast is so good, and it seems to be warming up so much, that I'm finally going to pack away my winter clobber! Expect snow now That should keep me out of mischief for a while, then I'll see where the day takes me Zumba tonight

Digger arrived at 8.20 and Elda is also here, measuring out for the pool 6 weeks, as long as the weather is okay

Off to Castro Verde market, as I'd like to get some seat cushions for outside, a couple of fruit trees, more honey, for me sniffs and I've forgotten what else

Bright and sunny here

Had a lovely day yesterday, walked all along the seafront down to the harbour in the morning and the film in the afternoon was brilliant.

It's concrete day today, Terry says it will take most of the day. I'm off to coffee with the babes this morning and E's got physio at lunch time so we'll probably meet up and come home together.

Saundra and Kaz - let's just hope the weather does stay on the warmer side now and you don't have to bring out the thicker cardies again. And if we do then Kaz, I'm blaming you! I think we've all had enough of the winter this time round.

Jen - enjoy your day out. Bet you're looking forward to the day you can get up and just relax at home for the whole day and don't have to 'escape' the diggers and builders

Masterchef final is on Friday.

It is 4.15 p.m here in St Kitts.
Just getting ready to go for a drink or two before dinner.
Have done some shopping and then more sunbathing. It has been 80 so we have been applying plenty of sun tan lotion.
