Wasn't expecting that

Worked hard - again - this morning, had a shower, towels on line, went down to the bar, in jeans, t-shirt and flip-flops.

It piddled down

Some friends arrived too, so we all sat inside, in flimsy clothes and the locals were laughing at us (but nicely) - as they had jackets, hats and jumpers on

So we all stayed in the bar until a few minutes ago - the rain eased off and we all legged it

Now having a warming coffee and brandy

No sympathy here, it's rained here with a biting wind and I was flipping freezing out despite wearing a coat

I want some sunshine, Mr Weather God, ta very much!

Freezing here rained nearly all day here plus mini storm sleet hail and Gale
Dry now
But more expected tomorrow

Yes, we were in a local garden centre which has a glass roof this morning when we were battered by a sudden huge hailstorm. The noise was deafening!

Towels still wet and the washing line is now about 3 foot longer
