It's a bit chilly here but weve had rain overnight
And an artic blast is forecast

Good morning Sandra.
There has been frost during the night.
The sun is out so it should get warmer. Going shopping and to the bank this morning. Then just pottering. Mowed the lawn yesterday so not doing much outside.

Gorgeous day here today. It's getting colder though, I'm sure you will be pleased to know.
This morning we had the trailer so we gathered our old washing machine and some scrap metal objects we had lying around and delivered them to the scrap metal merchant just down the road and got $44.20 for our troubles, so with money in our pockets and a trailer in tow we went to the landscape yard, and picked up a trailer of sand to put down the cracks in the lawn.

Then this afternoon missey and hubby went to watch the soccer, Wellington vs Auckland. Auckland won, so they are off to the World Club games.

Slept till 9am...last night's kitchen disco has a lot to answer for!

Picking mum and dad up and bringing them over here for the day.

Off to Paco's later this evening to watch the Malaga game then bring a takeaway home.

Woke to another grey day So fed up with this wet stuff and the cold. We've had the coldest march for 30 years, think we're heading for the wettest April for about 50 years

Still, no moaning - it means our bore hole will be full

Saturday kitchen to watch, then pootle, then down to the bar for the weekly shop

Ton, your weather does seem pretty dreadful - I couldn't resist having a snoop at things in Corfu last night, as we are generally out there at this time of year, and they are having lovely hot sunshine! Not that I'm jealous, nor nuffink!

Well, as said it's lovely and sunny here right now, it would be nice if it stayed that way but the weather here can change in an instant so I won't count my chickens Usual Saturday, out later hopefully to enjoy the sunshine

Bright and sunny here at the moment

No Terry today so we've had a lovely long lie in. He's not back until Monday morning so we're making the most of the peace and quiet. Just the usual washing and house stuff, apart from that I intend to be extremely lazy.
