Morning Ally, morning everyone

Ally, I totally get your dad; what a perfect way to spend the day just sitting by a pool side and chilling, surrounded by your loved ones - bliss :) I forget, is the pool water warm enough already to go swimming?

Saundra, same here - I look at the forecast and think it's OK then when you look at it a day later it's all gone pear shaped and cold.... I think we do need to wait until about mid April before doing anything; if not even later :(

I'm getting myself ready and will be heading off to Brighton shortly; meeting up with a friend for a mooch around the lanes, a late lunch and then on the 5pm train back home. And for a change it seems that the weather will hold until close to departure time. Usually when I go it's raining so this will be a nice change.

Have a lovely day all, whatever it is you're up to x

Morning everyone

We have clouds  and it's cold

Do you think Osc brought the Irish weather over ;) ;) :cute:

Sounds a lovely day Ally - enjoy xx

Saundra, friends of ours were in their pool 2 weeks ago :o   and have used it every day since - personally, I think they're mad, but hey ho

Watching Michel Roux this morning, then pootling in the garden - yes, I'm back to weeding the gravel - already   - then down to the bar as I really want to catch the cheese lady. Collect our rolls, couple of beers then back to do not a lot.

Have great time Ria and hope we all have a good day xx

Morning all :)

Ally, have a splendid time with your parents - sitting by the pool and pottering in the garden in the sunshine both sound good to me 8-) :D

You're right about the frost Saundra, I resisted buying bedding plants yesterday and just got some ivy and campanula for my hanging baskets, and some mint plants.

Ria have a great time in Brighton, and a lovely mooch round The Lanes :D Hope the weather holds for you 8-)

Well it's raining here, can't complain really as our weather has been good this week. We are waiting to hear news about the kids' granddad, but will carry on with our day as normal in the meantime - B has work and we'll take H out for lunch and then go and see D later. If it stops raining I will do my hanging baskets and get that mint in later.

Have a good day everyone, love to all xxxxx

Morning all :D

Another lovely sunny day here.

E and I plan to walk into town after brekkie. We usually take the bus or go in by car, but we tried a short cut through the park to the sea front just 10mins from here with the boys on Thursday and found the walk along to the harbour is really easy, well within E's range so we'll be going that way often from now on.

No other plans, just the usual washing etc.

Hope you all have a good day :D

Saundra, what a lovely surprise :D

Well the sun came out here it is is FABULOUS!! Really warm and a bright blue sky, we sat outside the café for our coffee and sandwich :D D had her patio doors open and the sun flooded in, her garden looks lovely - as usual  - so it's been very pleasant.
