Some of my Spanish friends are interested in doing a cycling trip.

We're between Faro and Lisbon airports Ally.

Faro is about 45 minutes away, down the IC1 then the A22 motorway and Lisbon is about an hour an a bit away, either up the A2 motorway or straight up the IC1.

Or they can use the train - dirt cheap and very reliable. Stations (and trains) are few and far between but much cheaper then buses.
