FAO Jo - and anyone who wants to see a cd listing;)

Postby Diflower » 10 Feb 2013, 16:09

After spending so long working out how to copy a playlist I was jolly well going to make sure I posted it :D

So this is youngest and I's Rock Choice cd :)
The ones you probably haven't heard of are from the Commitments, and the Quireboys are there because T hadn't heard of them ;)
The stereo has a shuffle function so they're not in any order.

It's good :)
You may be a tad confused by Doris Troy, track 22.
For some reason windows media player has decided that the first person named on it is Doris Troy, rather than the Stones - she's one of the choir :D

Oh wow Di! What a track list :D
You've got some of my favourite artists on there - Green Day, The Clash, Kaiser Chiefs, The Who, Bowie... :D
When we see Green Day in June, Kaiser Chiefs are one of the support acts :D

The Commitments too...one of the best movies and best soundtracks ever!

Ooh I'm glad you all approve :D
It's a bit of a worry isn't it, laying it out for all to see :D
It's not all quite as I'd have done it, or as youngest would have, but as a 'best of' it's not bad.

Oh yes The Commitments Jo, discovered T didn't know it, so we've earmarked it to watch next time he's here. It's one of our favourites, Bb introduced me to it.

Mind you of all the decent Bruce Springsteen stuff, I can't believe you'd choose Born in the USA. Thats my cue to go to the loo when I go to see him 8-)

Funnily enough, after seeing your list I got our DVD out to watch as Joe's not seen it but by the time he'd finished playing on his X Box and John had watched Countryfile it was time for Top Gear so they're all watching that instead...I'll leave it by the TV though so we won't forget.
BTW - I can't believe that film is 22 years old!!
