Just watched the BBC News tonight. They had a professor on talking about testing for rogue meat products in the supply chain, and he said one of the main difficulties was that they need to know what to test
for - he said (and I quote), we could have "Alsatian dog, zebra or hedgehog" in there.
It's a prickly subject and certainly gives you paws for thought. These food testing boyos had better start earning their stripes ....
