Just a few little vibes please

Postby Osc » 21 Mar 2016, 23:18

Poor Michael got an awful bang on his head today (playing football on a very hard parquet floor in their house, in his socks, slid and fell). He was with my sister at the time and reacted unusually by asking for his mummy, which he never does, and said he didn't remember my sister lifting him on to the couch although he didn't pass out. He was complaining of a headache so Miss Osc took him to the doc who was very thorough, gave loads of good advice and said first check was 4 hours, when he was fine and next check 48 hours, which will be approx 2pm on Wednesday. We are supposed to be bringing him away for a night tomorrow, I offered to cancel but Miss Osc says she knows we will look after him well, plus he will be sharing our hotel room so we will be with him all the time. Final decision in the morning when she sees how he did overnight - hopefully he will be ok, the three of us have really been looking forward to it.

Aw poor little fella :( You should always get a head injury checked out, as problems don't always present straight away, so Miss Osc did very much the right thing. Having said that I am sure he will be ok, and I hope you have a lovely time (((((((x)))))))

Well he is here with his bag packed, a bit subdued, said he had a headache but only when he runs. Currently sitting on Grandad's knee eating a lolly and playing some card game on the ipad. We have a letter from the doc in case we have any problems (which is a bit scary  ) but hopefully he will be ok - I don't expect to sleep much tonight
