Forecast nice again so will have a wee stroll out after my coffee.

This is the first day of the 10 day spectacle that is Semana Santa (Easter) over here..there will be the first of many parades at noon today so I'll wander in and watch it.

No homework club as we broke up for holiday yesterday - I'm off for 12 days.

Usual Friday night beers and tapas...not too many though as Conor & Lucia have an early morning flight to Paris tomorrow; she's staying here so we can take them to the airport.

Ally, enjoy the holiday - it's my last day today and then I'm off next week so have 10 days off. 10 days of no alarm and no commuting = sheer bliss. I'm hoping to get loads of tidying done in the garden / shed / greenhouse so fingers crossed the weather holds.

Board meeting here at work today and the AGM of our Trust so it's going to be a busier morning than normal; then board lunch which is always nice and loads left over for us 'scavengers' - yum

Well it is very cold here this morning, there was a frost overnight and it looks a bit grey! Not sure what I'm doing today yet, B is off work again so whatever I end up doing I might have company, which is nice No more Fridays off for Mick, he is short staffed this week due to one of his team being on holiday He does have all of next week off though, to do some decorating, and I'll be (allegedly) helping

Harry goes to Scotland today, with the school, on that activity holiday in the Cairngorms They fly up at teatime, he was very excited about it last night when I spoke to him

Morning all, murky and grey here. I have a physio appointment at 19am, then have to bring something back to TK Maxx, a polo shirt that was too small for Mr Osc. Back to do some ironing, and himself is off to play golf. Enjoy your day everyone

We have some sunshine now, after thick fog, the rain But it's warm

Two bonfires still smouldering and we'll be planting out the bulbs and other stuff maria came up with last night. Some fressias and cala lillies, so I'm happy and other stuff I have no idea about

If it stays dry, we'll pop into Ourique to have look around at the Feira Porco Alentajana
