Oh Gal, what a shame at such a young age :o I know they are only baby teeth, but even so :( Glad you are having a nice time with Lily :)

Osc, Happy St Patrick's Day :D

Di that recipe sounds gorgeous! I saw a lovely recipe on FB yesterday for Hot X Bun bread pudding, I have made that before now and it's to die for :D  The tear and share cinnamon buns would do the job too :D

It's just over 13 years since I found Femail, I don't think many of us would 'know' each other without it! 8-) 8-) 8-) :D

I've been out for a walk, the weather is superb!

Poor Lewis, what an ordeal for the little chap! Happy St Patricks Day Osc, your brunch sounded divine. I discovered Femail in around 2000, it was a lovely place to be then. I was CalamityJ then. There were so many lovely people who have vanished.
Have a lovely day everyone, it's a Buddy Holly day here...."the sun is out, the sky is blue, there's not a cloud to spoil the view" etc etc. Bit I think it's still cold.

Well, talking of femail, I remember loads of us making hot cross bread and butter marmalade puddings after someone first posted a recipe for it :)
I've made it ever since :D

The cinnamon buns are very easy, I'll post the link on kitchen if I can't copy it, and one for simnel biscuits that sounded nice too :)

Oh that's a coincidence Di :D

Yes please, for the recipe. I don't often bake these days but might well have a go :)

Cal my mum loved Buddy Holly, we played that at her funeral (((((((x)))))))

Di, yes it is a holiday here. I remember the day I joined Femail very well - it was a dull dreary St Patrick's Day, Mr Osc was out playing golf, Miss Osc was asleep in bed and I decided to try and join, I used to read the DM in those days and they were advertising the site in the paper. I worked my way around and found myself in the chatroom where I met Dools and Pep. Happy days :D

Kaz I saw that hot cross bun recipe too and showed it to Mr Osc, who snorted with derision at the thought that a hot cross bun would actually long enough in this house to go stale

It was from an advert in the paper that I knew about it too Osc, so sad they didn't realise how good it was :(

I heard about it in the Mail On Sunday You magazine, there was an article about emotional affairs and they were asking people to give their opinions on Femail, so I thought I'd have a go at joining in  I had never used the PC for anything other than email at that point so it was a whole new world

Osc, hot X buns don't last long in this house either, I love them!
