An extra 'S' = sore finger syndrome.

Don reckons I have a habit of painting my nails just as there's a load of washing up to be done.

Funny that! ;) ;)

Morning all :D

Not the brilliant sunshine we've had for the last few days, but bright and dry so no complaints here :D

Hope you feel better soon Kaz x

18 days will fly by in no time Ally, it will be lovely for you to have mum and dad over again.

We had a nice lunch yesterday, tbh the carvery was average, but the company was great fun. Glad we tried it as now I'll cross it off my list of places to take Z and the boys for Sunday lunch. We still haven't tried the bar meals so will do that another time as the venue itself is absolutely lovely and the views are stunning.

Not much planned for today, need to pop out for some more fruit and if this weather stays nice we'll no doubt have a stroll around the harbour.

Hope you all have a good day :D

Morning all

Kaz, sorry to hear you're not well - have you tried taking any form of decongestant? Sainsbury do their own brand one that doesn't have any added paracetamol or caffeine etc and are meant to be quite good. In the meantime, steam inhale with that Olbas oil - you know the old fashioned way of hot steamy water in a pot, a few drops of oil and then head over pot with towel over head to make your own mini sauna - that really helps a lot as the warmth loosens everything. Saundra - same for you if you haven't done it yet.

Ally, enjoy your day shopping and Ton enjoy your day in the garden
Saundra, I'm really lucky with my garden - come summer it's in the sun all day. Unfortunately though my neighbour has a huge cherry tree that blocks the evening sun so when I come home i end up sitting in the shade. I've asked her a few times if we can cut it and she's always been reluctant because of the birds. But this year I'm going to push / nag.
Enjoy your dancing this evening cruiser
Jen, hope you also have a nice day and that the weather holds for your stroll

Usual work day and evening home for me

Have a lovely day all

Morning all, lovely sunny day here too so I will get out for a walk shortly. Otherwise, all h/worky stuff on the schedule tiday  Enjoyed our night out last night, although we both found the headline artist, Carrie Underwood, very disappointing and we left half an hour before the end, something we have never done before - great band but far too loud, very shouty songs that all sounded the same. Yet I've heard some of her music on the radio this morning and it was really good :?

Thanks everyone, I had a bit of a doze on the sofa this afternoon which is most unlike me! I did venture out, a very short walk to the chemists with Becks, and got some Sudafed and some drops for my sore eyes. I'm in bed now, totally tired out   I don't 'do' being off-colour very well  :cute:
