Morning Ally, morning everyone

Well summer most definitely is NOT here, misty and 2 degrees outside - I'm beyond bored of it now. But, on the bright side, once the lift clears it's meant to be about 13 degrees; but still no way anyone in their right mind could define that as summer

I'm heading out at 9.30 to help plant some trees. The small cemetery of our village was extended over the winter months and now they're ready to plant trees along the border of it and inside (I think) and were asking for volunteers so I'm happy to help with that. Can't stay overly long as have got friends coming for dinner (raclette) so need to get home to tidy the house and chop veg and stuff.

But that's about it for me

Have a lovely day all x

Will do some more weeding after Mr Martin, then pop down to the bar for a couple of beers and to collect the bread rolls.

Back for footie and curry :D :D :D

Morning ladies :) Morning all :)

Ally when is it ever not summer where you live? 8-) :D ;)

Morning Ria - we have lovely spring sunshine again here :) You'll have to come and see us when it warms up a bit :D 8-) The tree planting scheme sounds wonderful! :)

Morning Ton, your day sounds good - enjoy! :D

Well, as mentioned we have gorgeous sunshine here today! The plan is to pick D up just before lunchtime and to go and look at kitchens! She needs new cupboard fronts, worktops and a new hob and built-in oven, so we're going to B&Q first and then a few other places if necessary :) A sandwich lunch is on the cards too and then back to hers probably, to talk over what we've seen. She's wanted a new kitchen for ages, but not the upheaval of a brand new one, and anyway the cupboard units are sound, so Mick said he would do the doors, worktops, oven etc for her :)

Have a good day everyone :) xxx

Afternoon all, lovely spring day here - we went out for a stroll around the block and ended up walking for 1 1/2 hours  Mr Osc has declared today to be a sport day, as apparently there is a lot of rugby on, I'm not a fan so I will need to tackle some of the ironing that I have been ignoring for a few days  Enjoy your Saturday everyone :)
