He's also going to be a very clever lad and sort out the chimney.
We have a woodburner in the chimney breast, which is open and all the heat whizzes up
He spent almost an hour, chatting to Grumpy about different options and reckons he can sort it, without having to take the woodburner or pipe out. And it's a tight squeeze, but it'll make such a difference, as we have to have it clocked up at the moment 
- but the pipe is now leaking from a different joint .......
