Headache!

My lovely sister, aged (a very young!) 70, bought me a top for Christmas. It was a very nice top...but not really me. It was from Bon Marche (I can't find a link for it now....ETA - this is the style but in a different colour)

I finally decided, after much soul searching, to return it to see if I could get a refund. Too late, but they could do an exchange or credit The original top was now a sale item however, so they could only credit me the amount of the sale price....almost half what sis paid I spent ages looking for something I knew I would wear, and eventually found this

I made the mistake of not trying it on in store as I had spent so long in there I'm sure they thought I was about to nick something!! Of course it is too big and there are no smaller sizes....

Don't suppose anyone here likes it?

Well I love it, but doubt very much it would fit me.............I must be at least two sizes bigger than you, cos you are very petite xxxx

It's a small Kaz, but it's enormous on me It also has wide sleeves....Jen likes baggy tops but it's too big even for that!

Atm I don't have anything to show for my Christmas present from my sister

Do you think I could go back with the jumper I exchanged and see if I could exchange IT for this?

I took it back today. They were very good, but the store didn't have the chunky cardi in stock so I got no further forward. What she did advise was that I could order it online (and pay!) to have it delivered to the store, and then exchange and refund me instore when I went to collect it. Only got to hope I can still get it!
