Thanks Kaz, I'll try that one - the one I've been doing is on all fours, then stretch the leg out backwards. Works for Grumpy, but not so much for me.

The the very large painkiller and hot water bottle, as well as a rub with volteral helped :D :D

Afternoon all.

I have exited the grubby AirBnB (yesterday morning) and entered a very nice one. OK so it's £300 or so more per month but with lovely views of the Ochils, a whole apartment to myself and very clean and comfortable, I'm happy to pay it.

Ton, Aussie Magic, if they are close enough it's worth €45. Richard in Brussels got me walking normally again after nearly a year of hobbling. I need to go back again over here but I've been waiting till I moved and was more settled and I want a second pay in before I spend so much a month getting my body back under control.

With Bowen I find it easier to not ask how, just accept.

I've heard that Bowen is very good Suff, I did my hypnotherapy training with a lady who was also a qualified Bowen practitioner :)

Ton, I hope it helps - it certainly helped for me, and gave some relief ((((x))))

Thanks for that Suff.

Sadly, the bloke for the Algarve is a right plonker and there is no way on earth I'd let him anywhere near me.

We've already had words as he also works as a salesman for a furniture place near where we used to live and he was rather obnoxious. He also tries his hand at pool cleaning, landscape gardening and anything else he can do - not well.

Ton, there is a society and you should report that. To remain certified they have to train annually and if he's no good then they need to know.

Nobody else around? I suffered for 2 years before being able to get to Brussels where there was a practitioner. I didn't like Richards site as it was a bit "all about me", but he was very good and got me straightened up and into a working recovery within 6 weeks and, as they say, the longer you suffer, the harder it is to recover from it.

I'll have a look around here, thank Suff x

We're a good hours drive from the Algarve, so need to look at Beja and Baixo Alentejo.

Getting better by the minute - probably the beer and wine has helped
